At EUPH, we’re committed to making your experience smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Our non-alcoholic, kava-infused products are handled with care so you can enjoy them exactly as intended.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, EUPH does not offer international shipping. We’re working on expanding availability and will share updates as we grow.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues & Delays
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@drinkeuph.com within 7 days of the delivery notice so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. EUPH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
